I’m using the Mantra theme, I have featured images as post thumbnails enabled but yet they don’t show up on the presentation page. They do show up in the slider section but I’m referring to the posts at the bottom of the page. Nothing shows up there.

Not that I can think of…WP emoji one?? Max Buttons? Google Xml sitemaps, not sure why any of those would affect it.

They don’t show up in the Columns/Posts from latest category in Nirvana either. In fact these posts won’t show up at all unless a featured image is set. If you want the image to also show up in the post by including in the content, the featured image is doubled on the presentation page. I think I can hide the second one using some css.

@newy219, are the theme’s post options set to Excerpt or Full Posts (under Post Excerpt Settings)?

The theme only displays thumbnails when the excerpts are enabled (which appears to not be the case based on the HTML markup used, despite the presence of the continue reading button).

@gardensidestudio, the columns will only display posts that have featured images set (the images are required in the columns).
Featured images are not displayed on full posts (the situation where images in content would also be visible).

Thanks Zed, that was the issue. I didn’t have the post excerpts selected. Thought I tried that but I guess not.
