How to add a new widget below slideshow?

    Hi,
    I have installed this fantastic theme and now I am trying to customize it.
    I would like know how I can add a new widget below slideshow and above presentation plugin and how to choose bootstrap columns of this new plugin (eg.: 6/12 columns, etc.)
