YvesHi JSilver, are you also using Ripley, and do you mean WordPress’s built-in comments or a separate comments plugin?
It would help to know whether the form is missing from every post or just that page. Please include the theme and plugin versions too, so the two reports can be compared properly rather than assuming they have the same cause.
It sounds like there may be some confusion around what “comment plugin” refers to here. If you mean the standard WordPress comment section, I’d first check whether comments are enabled under Settings → Discussion and also enabled on the individual post/page.
If you’re using a separate comments plugin, it would help to share the plugin name and where the comments should appear. I’d also temporarily disable any caching/optimization plugins and test for a theme or plugin conflict, because sometimes the comment form is actually loading but being hidden or blocked by another script.
