I’m using the Codex theme and have H2 and H3 level headings included in a post. When I click the preview button, the headings don’t show up in the post. I’ve tried re-installing the theme, changing the heading colors, etc and the headings still aren’t showing up. Is there a setting or something that needs to be enabled to get these headings to show up in the post?

I also have this issue with the same headings. I can’t publish until this is fixed. Is there anyone following up on this?
