Header Images issue

I am using the fluida theme – but I have issues with the header images.

I managed to have a different header image for the landing page than for the sub-pages. That works fine. But I would like to have different header images for the sub-pages and blog page as well. This works for some of them – but for the others not. I change the header image for one sub-page – it changes it as well for some of the others, including my blog page.
    I tried both ways:
    1. change the header image via Customizer > Side Identitiy > Header Media – if I do this it changes the header image for the supposed page but also for 4 other sub-pages
    2. Change the heade rimage via Pages > all Pages > select the respective page > set the Featured image – here nothing happens

I have the Elementor Plug In installed – but it should be compatible with fluida, right?

Would be great if you could help me out here – I would be sad to change the theme.

    Thank you!

The Site Identity > Header Media option controls the header image displayed on all site sections (pages, posts, categories, so on), except single sections (posts and pages) which have a large enough featured image set while the theme’s featured image as header option is enabled.

Any plugin that will try to override the header image functionality will probably fail when the theme option is enabled and those content elements do have featured images set. Otherwise, plugins that correctly filter WordPress’ built-in header image functionality should work.
