Is there any idea how to add line-breaks in the entry summary. I have tried any HTML like <p> <blockquote>, but i cannot break the lines at a special point.

WordPress strips out all HTML tags and formatting when creating the auto-generated excerpts.

If you need markup in your excerpts you will need to write custom manual excerpts.
