I am having issues with the Tempera Settings page. I cannot get any of the areas to open up to make any changes. My site slideshow also seems not appearing. Please assist me,

Im using nirvana themes right now, the problem was occurred when using the tempera themes

Hi, I’ve had a similar problem with the Tempera settings page where the different tabs do not open up. At the time I sorted this by making sure everything was updated. However I’m having the same problem now which isn’t resolved by updating. Can anyone help?

Chris, you need to rule out plugin interference (by temporarily disabling all your plugins and re-checking the settings page).

I’ve disabled all plugins and this hasn’t worked. Would it best to just re-install the theme?

I have the same problem were Tempera settings were tabs don’t open. Does it have anything to do with this post:

If so, I downloaded the Cryout Serious Theme Settings plugin, but it cannot be activated if you don’t have Tempera version 1.4. I can only find Tempera version 1.3.3 as the latest version to download.

In the meantime while we wait for the December update is there any way to change what text is on the presentation page? I had to put an emergency announcement on my front page due to my main business telephone line having a fault which instructs possible clients to call my mobile. I need to remove this now as I want clients to be calling the office number.

The settings plugin will only solve the incompatibility created by WordPress 4.4 and restore the settings options once we’ll have to remove them in the next update.

It cannot solve issues created by other causes (like problematic plugins, broken Javascript in the dashboard, so on).
