    Hi…
I have a menu that has sub-menu items that are going to be actual pages with images and info. But the main “menu”title should not be clickable. In other words, APARTMENT CHOICES is a parent or main menu item, with four choices of sub-menu pages under. I would like to make the main APARTMENT CHOICES not an actual page, and not clickable. How can this be done?? I looked in wordpress and nothing matches with the Nirvana theme as far as making top level menu items not clickable.

Hi! In appearance -> menus you should create a link. In the box for the url write # , give it a title and add it to your menu. That should work!

Aitana, I followed your instructions to create a parent menu item “Equipment” on my new Nirvana themed page (http://www.svemfg.com/WP_Site/?page_id=326). The sub-menu items have links to their respective pages and work great on the main navigation bar menu. But the same menu in the footer area doesn’t behave the same way. The “Equipment” menu item does not show the drop-down sub-menus, and when clicked, will re-load whatever page you’re currently on.

Is there a fix to this problem? Thanks in advance for any advice!
