Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.The issue you are seeing is almost always caused by a poorly written plugin which loads its code all over the dashboard, including the theme’s settings page.
Do you by chance get 2 colour selectors when you try to change a colour? If yes, disable all your plugins one by one until this behaviour stops.
After you figure out which plugin is the culprit and you disable it, re-enter theme settings add back the missing # signs to all the colours, then save and your site should return to normal.If you absolutely need to plugin in question either contact the author to correct this behaviour, or never save theme settings with it enabled.

If the administration page doesn’t work correctly, first make sure you are using the latest WordPress and theme versions.
Usually this issue is caused by poorly written plugins that break Javascript functionality in the dashboard and also affect theme settings.
Use your browsers development tools (usually enabled with F12) to inspect for JS errors; or temporarily disable all your plugins and check that the theme settings return to working condition; then enable them back one by one to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.The information displayed needs to fit on the screen. This is not possible on a mobile device’s very narrow screen. So the columns re-arrange themselves (at specific widths) 2 or 1 per row.
This is intended behaviour to allow the columns to remain at an acceptable size and be readable.

Other than that, there’s nothing we can do beside rewriting the plugin ourselves.

#nav-toggle { background: #384B5C; }
