Power UserI placed the code above in to the “Curstom CSS” field in the “Customizer” of wordpress. This seems to work as intended and it prooves that I used the correct code.
So why doesn’t it work when I place the code into the style.css of the child theme?

I have the same issue. Updating Nirvana to 1.5 changed a lot of the styling on my site and I quickly did a rollback.
You mentioned that I have to update my child theme for compatibility. Is there a tutorial for this? I never updated my child theme and didn’t have any roblems so far.Thanks in advance

Now I do see the expected result. It was propably due to the cache.
