Hi JSilver, are you also using Ripley, and do you mean WordPress’s built-in comments or a separate comments plugin?

It would help to know whether the form is missing from every post or just that page. Please include the theme and plugin versions too, so the two reports can be compared properly rather than assuming they have the same cause.
