Okay, I have found the update – it isn’t in WordPress under ‘updates’, it’s in my account here – I had to download it, upload it to WordPress, and thankfully no major theme revisions were needed. All good now. Thanks!

Thanks so much for your reply. I did update everything possible before contacting you – there is nothing available to update at the moment. The NoLink child theme is version 0.6. Is that the most up-to-date version? If not, how do I update it if it’s not available to update?

Thanks for the idea Zed, but the issue also appears in Facebook and Twitter, so it’s not a Hotmail thing. It’s somewhere, something else!

Hi Zed,

Thanks so much for taking a look. Yes, it’s still happening. I’ve turned off every plugin/theme except Tempera and its Cryout Serious plugin, and the tagline still appears. If you have access to an outlook/hotmail account and copy/paste the URL into a blank email then click return, you’ll see the tagline appears in the link preview. Very strange!

Hey guys, I’m just wondering – has everyone on this thread fiddled with their theme settings in between updating versions 1.5.0 and 1.5.1? I haven’t fiddled with my theme settings since November 2016…
