Hello

I have a website that just installed Woocomeerce, and first it was working fine then suddenly product page stopped showing. A whole blank page.

I tried to create a child theme but had no luck. If I disable the theme, it works perfectly.

Please advise.

The store product page is working because I created a page that redirects the actual product page.

If you see the attached product page, where it has ‘/product/’ on URL, it is coming from Woocommerce which isn’t working.

URLs are not handled by the theme. You need to look into this and correct it if necessary through WordPress’ permalinks controls.
Simply entering the permalinks sections and saving sometimes corrects broken handling of URLs by rewriting the current rewrite rules.

It is not about URL, it is about Woocomeerce product page is not working with the theme.
I had to find a solution to this, so I am just using URL redirect plug-in.

The problem is, woocommerce product theme (links below) is not working with your theme.
Changing with another theme works perfectly fine.
The problem is when I use your theme, the product page turns into a whole blank page.

Is this clear?

This is Woocommerce’s ‘Product’ page that everyone who uses Woocommerce has.

This was created by me using WordPress ‘Page’ that is NOT an actual ‘Product’ page. (You see there is no add-to-cart button because this is not a product page).

Now, because the actual “Product’ page doesn’t work, I have to remake every product page using ‘Page’.

Since the “/product” page is coming up blank, are you seeing any related error messages in the server error log?

I am not seeing any. Woocommerce and WordPress are up-to-date and both systems seem perfectly fine.
