Hi!

I’m trying to get the Tempera settings to show up, but so far no luck. The Tempera settings page doesn’t show settings, but only the “Where are the theme settings?” and “How do I restore the settings?” boxes that instruct to install the “Cryout Serious Theme Settings plugin”, which I have. The “Cryout Serious Theme Settings” page even shows that “Current active (or parent) theme is: Tempera. The plugin is active.”. How can I fix this?

Tempera version 1.7.2
WordPress 5.3.2
Cryout Serious Theme Settings 0.5.10

I cannot confirm this issue. Try disabling and re-enabling both the plugin and the theme (in case there’s some caching involved that’s returning a stale copy of the theme’s settings page).

Hi Zed, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the problem still exists after disabling and re-enabling the theme and plugin. Even removing and reinstalling the plugin didn’t solve the issue. Is there anything I could do to debug the issue?

Do you have any kind of security plugin or a custom (dedicated) WordPress hosting environment?
