I want a sub-menu for one of the main items in my footer menu, and although I have clicked and dragged the items to be sub-items under the main item in my WordPress dashboard, nothing appears when I look at the site (I have had no trouble doing this with my header menu).

Thanks for any light you can shed.

The footer menu location is not designed to support submenus. The main navigation is the only one supporting submenu dropdowns.
