Hello,

we launched our school website last Friday – with the slider text. I checked the website yesterday and suddenly the slider text on presentation page is no longer showing. I am the only one who can access the AdminCP and haven’t changed anything since that Friday. I have no idea what happened.
The slider arrwos are also no longer showing beside being enabled.

The text is still there in settings.

Any ideas?

Hi,

That sounds like the slider is somehow failing to work – if you have multiple slides in the slider, do they still cycle?

Without browsing the site in question I cannot guess what exactly is happening.

Did you make any changes to the theme’s files?

I notice there are some edits in the theme’s style-mobile.css file which include a typo that causes some of the styling to apply for all devices not just specific screen sizes (see near the end of the comparison):

I did. However, I replaced it with the original css and the text is still not showing…

NO idea what happened. But suddenly the text is back.
