Wondering why the Site Title, Tagline nor Image are showing.

Also an image with a caption is not displaying the default image style that I’ve selected from the Customization menu.

I have Resovoir and my logo will not display.
also with my woocommerce the logo image link has been added to woo settings yet the theme overrides this and only takes the site title text from the theme and not woocommerce settings. very frustrating.

My site is hosted in Australia and my husbands is hosted in France, both have all same themes and plugins, his site and woocommerce work perfectly and mine does not.
Everything is up to date and max php setting.
