How do I not show the “pages” on the main page? I want to turn that off.

We’ll need you to rephrase the request to understand it. Which ‘pages’ (visible where) do you want to turn off?

Simply put, “Pages” appear on the static front page even if not assigned as a “Front Page” item via WordPress when Septera “Landing Page” is enabled. This behavior can be observed in the Septera demo with the “Clean Design” block.

Put another way, all WordPress “Pages” appear on the Septera “Static Front Page” even if not assigned as a WordPress “Front Page” item when Septera “Landing Page” is enabled. Pages marked “Front Page” via WordPress appear with the lighter color (white) and an edit button and the others appear with a secondary color from the palette and without an edit button when user logged in.

Perhaps grouping or moving closer together the “Landing Page” and “Static Front Page” theme customization settings will help users communicate this more clearly. Not sure.

What’s happening here is that all non-parent Pages are being output in sectioning elements (“blocks” in Septera) with the wrapper class lp-text-<num> which is configurable from the Customize > Landing Page > Text Areas display. Just needed to keep digging!

All of the landing page elements can be administered or turned off (including the landing page itself) from the theme’s Landing Page options panel (in the Appearance > Customize interface).

Thanks for the reply, @Zed. I simply needed to have patience and keep digging. Spectacular theme and I cannot wait to see what you guys continue to tear out atop the framework you’re building. Cheers.
