I wish to pay for support however I would like some questions answered first.
I am seeing file permissions are locked. If I chmod the files and folders the installation fails.
Is this resolved with paid support?
Wordpress fails to automatically update.
Is this something you can assist with?

The support we provide is for our themes and/or plugins, not for other extensions or WordPress itself.

I suggest studying WordPress’ own info on file permissions.
