I found out that the font does not change for certain elements when language is not English. It stays as Times New Roman or something all the time. Content text, site tagline, exert text, breadcrumbs, previous/next post link, button’s text on Serious Slider, description fields on Landing Page, ‘More’ Button on Landing Page are broken. All other text fields and elements are fine. I tried most of the fonts but the result is the same – only English text is OK on all elements.
Have any one seen this issue? Any ideas how to fix it?

If you’re using Google Fonts (the suggested ones are), by default the theme does not attempt load any other character sets beside latin to save up on bandwidth.
For Cyrillic support I recommend manually entering the font name in the identifier field (in the theme’s fonts options) and include the charset. Example:
Roboto&subset=cyrillic,cyrillic-extMarch 26th, 2018 at 19:37 #61359
Thank you very much for your reply!
I am trying to use ‘Futura’ font. It turned out that only text which use ‘General Font’ theme settings is broken.
I tried your suggestion as: Futura&subset=cyrillic,cyrillic-ext
But it did not work… Then I select ‘Open Sans’ from the theme recommended fonts. This looks most similar to ‘Futura’ so I could leave it this way.
Still if you know how to make the ‘Futura’ font work I will be very grateful!

Something very strange happened… I used ‘Open Sans’ font for a while and now decided to play around again with the ‘Futura’ font. When I switched to it everything looks just fine even for cyrillic. I tried with other fonts that were not working before and they all look fine now…
P.S. Because I was experiencing an issue with the widget screen looks I had to deactivate and then activate again qTranslateX plugin. Could this be the case for fixing the fonts…?April 8th, 2018 at 21:59 #62136
I still don’t see a Futura font in the Google fonts list.
You might be using fonts that you have installed on your computer (and only you can see).May 9th, 2018 at 16:31 #63491
Yes, Futura is not present in Google Fonts. I select it from the drop down menu of the theme settings. The site works fine for several desktops which do not have this font installed.
I ran through all font settings in the Typography sub menu and noticed that none of them was able to change the font of Landing Page Featured boxes.
Is this font fixed? Could you please make a setting for it too?

Using a font identifier in the field that is not present in the Google fonts means that font will only be used/visible on devices that have it locally installed.
Featured boxes use the general font for the text and the headings font for the title.
