Shirley
The no comments section does not appear under each post. I have enable comments in the Discussion section, the screen options section, and in each post before posting, as well as in the Graphics section of Mantra settings. I had the same problem before, so I deactivated the whole wordpress program and reactivated it. Same problem – no comments under posts. Also there is an Edit button under each post on the active site – not good. I am a beginner. I know nothing about HTML code, but I don’t think I should need to, right? Any advice or suggests sincerely appreciated!
Thank you! Shirley

Cryout Creations mastermindComment options are controlled globally via Settings > Discussion for posts/pages created from now on and on a per post/page basis for all posts/pages that already exist (when editing the theme). Mantra’s settings only control how forms/texts are displayed on the site, not the actual comments or commenting functionality.
The “edit” button is a WordPress feature and is only visible to authenticated users with proper rights.
