I have disable every plugin on my site, huge time and effort going into this. The settings page will not come up #@#%$!!~!!%$. What do I do?

You are using and older version of WordPress (4.1.8). Per the repository guidelines, themes should only support two major versions (currently that means 4.4 and 4.3.x) as we are required to remove compatibility code for previous versions.

Try to update your WordPress and theme and then also install the recommended settings plugin.

WP 4.4 installed plugin activated , IE 11 cache cleared but its not working for me .
Any help what I can do?

Current active (or parent) theme is: Nirvana.1.2.2/nirvana.
This plugin is designed to work only with the supported themes.
The plugin is INACTIVE.

The theme name is incorrect: Nirvana.1.2.2/nirvana – it should be simply nirvana.
You must have installed a custom theme archive using a manual procedure to obtain an invalid folder structure.

The next plugin update will improve detection of the theme in such cases.
