Nirvana Footer Text can't be changed in Nirvana Settings

I am trying to customize the standard footer lorem ipsum and have installed the Cryout Serious Theme Settings plugin. According to the plugin page it is active and the Nirvana Settings page now includes several flaps where the settings are displayed. The standard footer text is displayed in an editable text box. But when I change the text and click “Save changes” the flap closes and the the changes are not applied. What can I do to fix this?

Is your new text displayed in the field after clicking the Save button and the page reloading? (you can re-open the flap section by clicking its title).

    Hi Zed,

No, unfortunately they aren’t. When I click “Save changes” the flap closes and everything is as before (text in flap and text on “save” button).

    Thanks,
    Marion

Try to disable any plugins you might have enabled and check if that has any effect on the functionality of the settings page.

I managed to get the posts displayed by selecting show “Full Post” in the POST EXCERPT SETTINGS. Funny enough, these settings are saved. But this is not the desired outcome.

It sounds like you’re having some server issues (form data is not properly received or processed by the server). Did all the settings revert to null/zero values or just some (the lower part)?

Do other settings pages (WordPress’ general, plugin settings) work correctly?

Hi im trying to make my footer font bigger but the code doesn’t let me. So I created an image in illustrator and matched the background color.

Issues with footer are: can’t change typeface to baskerville or change size.
Images uploaded to footer are blurry and bad it doesn’t stay high quality.

right now on my site you can see the image in my body and it in the footer how do I fix this?
anyway to have this as my footer is what im after.

Side note would also like to get rid of the lower bar at the top that says back to home would like to remove it.

Would also like the top nav bar not to be outlined in black.
