Move "Featured Icon Blocks" and/or "Featured boxes…" under Static Homepage

    Hi
    Is there any possibility of moving “Featured Icon Blocks” or “Featured Boxes Top” / “Featured Boxes Bottom” ?
    I want something like this on my homepage:

    Slider
    – Static HomePage (or Text Area as homepage)
    – Featured Boxes Top
    – Featured Icon Blocks

    That is possible by customizing the file responsible for the landing page (front-page.php) via a child theme.
