How would I remove some of the white space between the header and the Extra Text?

Also, how would I remove the extra spacing between the slider and the Extra Text Second Title?

I would need to see the specific setup on your site to suggest CSS to make those tweaks.

The default appearance of Mantra is acceptably tight already.
