On my main page I had the nive Liquido beach sand picture. Without action from my side it is gone and I have no clue how to get it back.

The theme is still set to use the sample image, however your server returns an internal server error when attempting to access the image directly:
http://drachda.nl/ws/wp-content/themes/liquido/images/slider/static.jpg
