I am using nirvana ver 1.0.4. today i find out someone changed my username and password but the administrator email has not changed,i reset my password and logged in with new user! and password.
I contact to system administrator,host provider, they told me the problem may be caused by your theme!
Does anyone have such a problem?
please help me

all of these plugins are up to date

We could also say the problem may be caused by your administrator/host.
Who could be more likely to provide false information here? Them, whom you pay and have an interest in keeping you as a client or us, who have just met you now (merely as a nickname) after you wrote this post…

Did they provide you with access logs to investigate who/what/when accessed your WordPress dashboard?
Possible causes are that you could have used an easy to guess username/password combination and a bot may have scanned and discovered your login; you could have used a vulnerable piece of code, or an infected computer/device. Or indeed a third party (with enough access) may have done this.
There are a lot of possible paths leading to the same result, all worth investigating.
