I’m trying to totally customise this theme, I’m struggling how I can get it so that everything wont stop posting to the landing page. How can I have the landing page (homepage) and then separate pages?

You can control the source content for all the landing page elements through the theme’s options. You can select what is visible or turn off specific areas which you don’t need.

How can we create page jumps to the Text Areas for a one page site?

The text areas (and other landing page elements) have unique IDs: lp-text-one, lp-text-two, lp-text-three, lp-text-four.

You can for example use #lp-text-two as a link URL to make an in-page link to that section. For links from other pages include the ID in the full page URL: http://domain.com/#lp-text-two

Any idea how to remove Search Box and “Nothing Found” from the bottom of the landing page?

@kitmancraig, that means you have no posts on your site but the posts list is enabled on the theme’s Landing Page. You can disable the posts list from the theme’s Landing Page options (in the customizer).
