Is there a way to increase the length of the header on each page and post? I have set the featured image on each post to be a specific image, and the header shows it, but it only shows a tiny sliver of it. Is there a way to make the default length bigger than 300px?

When I crop an image to the 1920px by 300px size and set it as the featured image, it shows, but the thumbnail of the post preview looks bad on the home page. I have forced regenerated them all, but it doesn’t change anything.

While you can skip the cropping step for the header image, the theme will always crop the posts/pages featured images to size when using them as header image. The crop dimensions are the site width and the header height (as set in the options).
