I can’t create a priority support ticket

    Hi, I bought priority support and trying to create a support ticket, but the email field is greyed out and I can’t enter anything there, hence I can’t create a ticket. What should I do?

    I am not sure how that happened, but your customer details were not properly associated with the user account, making the support form unable to automatically pick up the account information.
    I have corrected this now, sorry about the delay.
