When I use the woocommerce create the online shop
then the products page and the category page without heading title.
If i want disable the heading image at all woocommerce pages, how can Ido?

There’s no built-in option, but that can be done with CSS. However since you are using the theme’s header titles functionality it is not safe to do this since the title requires a header image to be displayed on.
