I am using the Mantra theme in WordPress and do not want anything blog-related on the site – no comments, no discussion, no anything, just a straight-up website. I’ve created numerous sites using WP but I cannot figure out how to get rid of the comments box at the bottom of the home page. I haven’t even started putting the site together because this is driving me crazy! Does anyone have an idea of how I can remove this clutter? Thanks, in advance, if you do!

I am also using the Mantra theme and want to remove the blog related stuff on my website. Moving them to a dedicated page is also an option.
Zed, I went through the Tutorial but now have lost the ability to update pages. There is no UPDATE button visible anymore.
Any ideas what could have happened?
