My site has a streaming audio player widget in the header, my goal is to keep that player from reloading every time you change pages on the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated in achieving this. Optimally i would prefer only the content area to update or change when changing pages, headers and footers do not need to be reloaded.

For that you’d need to use a one-page site or load your entire site through an IFRAME inside a wrapper holding the player (but this will prevent the browser from displaying the correct section URL).
