But I´m a bit confused about on how to put some content (not a post) in a new page.

I have read and understood the difference between a post and a page.

But can I can publish more content on the page instead only one content?

I have a TAB called Enoatividades and inside that anothe tab called Confrarias.
So how can I publish a lot of content inside this tab?
