How do I change the widget <h3>title</h3> to somethig like <p class=”widget-title”>title</p>?

I purpose of SEO I don’t wand those title to have H tag at all – sitewide. I don’t mind to leave the same stile just by copying it to a new – p .class

Usually it’s at the widgets.php just can’t find one at this theme.

BTW usin child theme.

If you want to make that change, you’ll need to search for H3s throughout the theme file and replace them with Ps. You cannot do this via a child theme as too many files need to be changed. You’ll be left with an un-updatable theme.
