How do I bold only part of the text in the slider title? I figured out how to change the font weight in the code for the whole slider title, but I only want to bold 2 of the words I have there, not all of them.

This is pictured in the example/demo site for the theme.

You can use simple markup in the option fields, for example:
We are <b>Forester Haynie</b>
