If you load the Fluida theme and child theme, then try and load either of the contact pages :
Pages->Contact->Get In Touch OR
Pages->Contact->Contact
They do not load properly, you see a shortcode visible on screen where the contact form should be : [contact-form-7 id=”2038″]

I created a clean website from scratch, loaded wordpress, then loaded Fluida and you get the errors, so it’s nothing that I did.

You do not appear to be using Fluida, but is the Contact Form 7 plugin installed and enabled?
