CTA #link not working in Safari/mobile Chrome

I’ve currently got my sole CTA button pointing further down the page to where my blog posts are (my site is here), and clicking it scrolls just fine in Chrome on Mac OS X (it also works in iOS Safari).

However, clicking the same button in Safari on desktop, or on Chrome on my iPhone doesn’t scroll the page at all – I think these browsers think the user can already ‘see’ that section, so it isn’t jumping.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

If at least a pixel of the #lp-post container is in the viewport, the scrolling functionality no longer initiates.
You can disable the scrolling effect from the theme’s Miscellaneous options to let the browser’s default behaviour trigger.
