Could not load template DIR_TEMPLATEdefault

    Opencart 1.5.1.3
    CR2Html
    A previously working install is now showing error when going to home page of site:
    http://www.dunritesite.com
    Error: Could not load template DIR_TEMPLATEdefault/template/module/cr2htmlmodule.tpl!

    Checked download and proper file locations. Although a custom theme is in place, the module
    cr2htmlmodule.tpl
    is properly placed in both
    default/template/module/cr2htmlmodule.tpl
    and
    ntheme/template/module/cr2htmlmodule.tpl

    Module is (and has been ) working properly on other domains. Not sure where to look since the landing page on the domain only shows the error above.
