I have just switched my site to Anima, and there is one small thing I noticed: The “Send” button of my contact form will send the e-mail, but the cycling arrows go on forever. It should revert to a message saying that the mail has been sent.

The FAQ for CF7 says it might be caused by a theme incompatibility and one should switch to the standard theme, but that is not a solution. 😉 Maybe someone around here has a suggestion for me?

But does the form submission work with one of the default Twenty themes? (you can temporarily switch to test or even do this through the customizer preview).

Thanks for the suggestion, which then proved that Anima wasn’t to blame. I just found the time to wade through all the plugins and switch them off and on again and found that Contact Form 7 once more doesn’t work well with NextGen Gallery. If I switch NextGen off, then the form posts normally. That might have been a problem even before the theme change, I just never noticed. Sorry to bother you. 🙂
