Some of my pages display featured images, others do not. I have tried to remove, then update, then add new featured image to page without success. Several of my pages will show old featured images in my WP edit area after removing them and updating. I have cleared my images, cookies and caches in Chrome settings and then tried again without success. Not sure how to proceed.

I see all your pages display their featured images in the header. The posts display featured images in the posts list, but not in the header because the header images used are too small (they need to be at least 75% of the site width to be used).
