I hope some one can help me.

I put a background image on site, the issue I have is that on some pages it covers the entire background – from side to side and top to bottom (Presentation Page) while on other pages (Price) is has white  shrunk slightly to show a white strip all around it.

Same issue as in your message with the menu alignment, except this time the plugin is adding padding on body (and background color, and font, and font size).
