This is missing from your download file.

Is this supposed to be in the download file or do I need to get this file from somewhere else?

I installed CR2 HTML Module and it did what I wanted it to do in the front-end except in the back-end section where to add the HTML and it says “HTML Content:
Use the “View Source” button to avoid any issues when writing complex HTML.”
It only has a input field with no WYSIWYG editor. I was able to past in html and it worked but not sure why the WYSIWYG editor isn’t showing. Have you got any ideas on why it may not show?July 23rd, 2013 at 22:52 #9639In reply to: Photos on site not viewing correctly in Windows XP

@ Zed. I’m not sure what browser he is using. I will check. The client brought it to my attention that the website was not showing any groupings of pictures together. It doesn’t seem to matter if it is created in with Nextgen Gallery or a plug-in that I have running on the bottom of the pages. This is one of the pages that have quite a few photos on it. http://regionfencesales.com/residential-fencing/ Do you know if it is Windows XP, the browser or what would be causing the pictures to stack on top of one another? Any help or direction you could give me would be very much appreciated.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindIt depends on the browser you’re using in Windows Xp. If it’s the built-in Internet Explorer version 6 (or even 7), then these are no longer supported, are terribly insecure and broken and you should never touch them again.
If you encounter this issue on any updated browser, tell us the browser name and version.

Dan
Hi Niclas,
Don’t feel like an idiot, I went for a year not knowing what the kitchen sink was 😉 To make a blockquote you need to go to text, highlite the text field and then click the blockquote button, return to visual and you’ll see the results. It’s pretty much the same with the IMG insertion, it needs to be done in text mode unless I’ve missed something.Dan
July 18th, 2013 at 07:34 #9332In reply to: Adding dot pots beside the slider
Carmen
Um. That’s a strange request. Lol. I can describe it in more detail perhaps. On the presentation page of mantra there is a slider. The slider can be changed in height and width. On my page I made the slider smaller in width: http://www.personaldevelopmentinsights.com. I will make it slightly smaller still. On the left hand of the slider I’d like to put words that state the benefits of personal development. These would be in the format of dot points like this:
– boost your confidence
– gain clarity
– improve your life
– reduce stress and anxietyHOW is it possible to write words beside the slider?
Mantra is such a versatile website platform I know there must be a way. I just can’t find it. 🙂
Thank you!

Hi! I’m having the same issue – I have 3 footer widgets, and when it shrinks down for mobile, they turn into 3 really skinny columns, instead of moving to be in a row as you scroll. Has anyone already worked on a fix for this?

Yes, I too would like to place the tagline under the site title and change the font. The settings have separate changes for site title and tagline color, but not text. I tried everything and nothing changed the text in the header. Help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DanJuly 14th, 2013 at 05:48 #9170In reply to: Bug – Social Media Icon mobile scaling
Steve
I actually found another (related) bug. When I view the site on my iPhone 5, the Presentation page column images have strange aspect ratios.
First, when I created an image to match 201 x 322, I did so, but when I viewed the site on Firebox the aspect ratio was squished (but on these images – no other aspects of the site had an aspect ratio problem. SO in settings I altered the image box dimensions to 212×322, and ir compensated for the squished look. Now the image looks as it should.
When I then view this on my iphone with Safari, in portrait these images looks squished in from the sides (which means that, had I left the pixel dimensions as they were, it would look squished in Firefox, BUT correct in Safari mobile – since I corrected for it for Firefox, it now causes the mobile to looks wrong). Then, when I flip to Landscape, the image looks squashed (like hor the original image looks before I compensated).
So between this and the social media icons overlapping (and maybe too big), it appears that therre’s some overall bug with the layout scaling in both the web and mobile versions – and in the case of some images like the column images, it’s causing inconsistent aspect ratio problem.
Just wanted to provide this feedback, hopefully to help improve the theme. Thanks!

Cryout Creations mastermind1. For the logo image, if your logo is already in the media gallery, find its URL and try to copy/paste it into the logo URL field.
2. All widgets have particular classes/ids which can be used with CSS for cutomizations.
3.

Cryout Creations mastermind1. is a tag required for compatibility with older Internet Explorer versions; will be removed once IE8 is completely phased out and no longer used.
2. I remember that was supposed to be fixed; we’ll have a look at it.
3. will eventually be fixed
4. this is not caused by the theme, as it looks to be from the menu or a (category?) widget
5. until WordPress allows better control on the order of en-queueing styles, we have no way to correct this;

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindOkay, so that clarifies the oddness (since both themes use 95% the same code).
While that plugin is no longer maintained, I doubts its the culprit, as the slider works fine in my tests with the plugin installed.
Plus, I see your website is loading a jQuery copy from code.google.com, while my WordPress with Parabola and the Timeshow plugin load the local copy of jQuery.
Check your other plugins as well…

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindDid you add widgets to the right sidebar as well?
Unlike Mantra (if you’ve previously used it), in Parabola the right sidebar is always the right sidebar, and left sidebar is always left. When using only one sidebar layouts, the widgets don’t get moved over.
The header should become transparent by simply leaving the background colour field empty (this trick works even in Mantra on all background colours). There’s no need to edit files for this.

Carole
Hi Zed,
Thank you for the info. The permalinks appear to be OK. The problem was only manifesting itself on the last post I made, which I had done just after I installed the latest Mantra update. I therefore assumed incorrectly that this was the reason for the error. Having checked that the permalink setting was correct and with the knowledge that the theme was not to blame. I decided that there must be some data corruption so I deleted that post and re-did it. The problem seems to have resolved itself.
I think somehow, that the post id had become corrupted. The post was visible on the posts page (called article blog) and the title was visible in the Archive and Recent Post widgets but if you clicked on the widget links or the “more” link from within the post itself it came up with the 404 error page.
Anyway, it is all resolved now. Thank you for your help.
I really like the versatility of your theme and have used it on my friend’s website too. Her website is called http://www.humblebeevintage.co.uk. I have three more domains which I will be setting up shortly and intend to use your theme on all of those as well.
Many thanks for your help
