    Same with me here!
    I’m stuck with Nirvana 1.5.2 since 1.6.1 doesn’t use my defined Google Fonts on the presentation page.

    It would be great if you could fix this!

    It seems they managed to fix it with 1.5.0.2, working fine for me now.

    So far no comment to it from CC, but there’s a changelog in the readme.txt inside the theme package detailing the problems.

    Certainly I cleared the cache files of the cache plugin and also the browser cache.

    I also deactivated the plugin “WP Ajaxify Comments”, but it does not seem to interfere with the comment form.

    It still looks like this:
    Comment form with checkbox but no text

    Any other idea?

    Although I have no knowledge about PHP, I just have easily fixed this with notepad++. It’s really just an obsolete bracket in line 68 of attachment.php.
    So no big deal – but you should fix this with the next update.
