    ok, thanks @Zed. I might consider disabling the feature in the SG plugin and look for a 3rd party one in the future. SG provides a lot of features within their all-in-one plugin, but the depth of configuration is pretty limited as you can see below.

    Thanks @Zed. That did indeed alleviate the issue. Is this something that could be corrected/fixed, or will I need to keep these performance features disabled long-term?

    I’ve narrowed the issue down to Nirvana’s sidebar usage. Main content is squished down to nothing if either two-column layout is selected. Using a single column (which I have currently enabled as a work-around) preserves all main content.
