Update: Today I uploaded a logo, an suddenly the video isn’t displayed any longer. Even when I deleted the logo, the video doen’t come back. I deleted the video, and uploaded it again, but nothing happened.
The “video” option is essential for the project.

I checked the FAQ but found nothing.

Do you have a solution?

Hi,

I have the same problem with the headervideo. It does not work in mobile and tablet (both firefox). But the main problem is, that the blank mobile header background (neither video nor the photo is loading) has nearly no contrast to the title animation.
So the user cannot read the title in the header. Is this standard in this template?

I have a header video in another website (another template), and there the mobile version works perfect.
