I’d check this first outside the slides to see if the shortcode is still working normally. If it works on a regular page but not inside the slides, there’s probably an issue with the slider itself. Also worth checking if the slider, plugin, or theme was updated recently. Sometimes a small update or conflict can cause shortcodes to stop rendering.
This is usually caused by the site title or header not having enough space on smaller screens. I’d first check the mobile preview and see whether the title is wrapping, being hidden behind another element, or simply getting cut off because of the header height. Reducing the font size slightly or adjusting the mobile header spacing usually fixes it. I’d also test it on an actual phone, since the preview doesn’t always show exactly how the header behaves on every screen size.
