hoover effect on widgets misplaced and malfunctioning

    Hey!
    I can´t figure out what to do with this annoying problem, the hoover effects on the widgets is misplaced and is not working properly on the different sides, it will only work as suggested at the frontpage.
    Could any kind person please let me know how to fix this!
    look at this side for instance:

    The Cryout Column widgets are only meant to be used on the presentation page.
    They will not work anywhere else on the site.

    ok, so this problem should disapear if I take the widgets away on the other pages?

    I moved my widgets “cryout columns” from footer area to presentation page,
