newbie messed up settings on presentation page

    HELP! I am new to wordpress and have hit reset to default on the presentation page of my employers website. It is now a mess and I have no idea how to return it to how it was before my rather embarrassing mistake. Is it possible to undo what I have done? The boss lady is NOT impressed.
    Somebody save me..

    You will need a database backup from before you reset the settings to restore the site.

    Thanks for responding.. Where would I find this database backup, Zed? If you can help me fix this sooner than later my life will improve greatly 🙂
