How to remove hover text?

    Hi there,
    in my top-menu, when I move the mouse over the text, a hover text appears. This is very ugly and not necessary. You can see here what I mean: http://marathom.de/?attachment_id=3143
    Can you tell me how to deactivate the mouseover-hover-text?
